Yolo Park is strategically located at the junction of Daliang New Town and Ronggui in Shunde, Guangdong, a key area undergoing rapid development. Covering a site area of 21,511 sqm, the project boasts a total construction area of 194,199 sqm. The development integrates multiple functions, including a hotel, serviced apartments, and leisure-oriented commercial spaces. Surrounded by a superior natural environment, it is a rare waterfront mixed-use commercial complex.To the south lies a park that forms part of Shunde’s iconic new “Golden Phoenix” landscape extension. The project site connects directly to the park and incorporates a socially oriented public plaza in its design, providing a large-scale platform for local residents and tourists to gather and engage in activities.

The commercial area spans approximately 40,000 sqm, comprising a six-story mixed-use commercial box and a semi-open waterfront commercial street. One of the key challenges of this project is the integration of design with the nearly completed structural framework. The design team was tasked with quickly adapting the existing civil structure to align with the project's commercial positioning, incorporating innovation and artistic expression into the interior design.Through advanced commercial design concepts, Yolo Park blends diverse commercial layouts with outstanding landscape and lighting designs in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The result is a distinctive and dynamic lifestyle hub. With design innovation and integration, this project aims to become a new green garden-style commercial model in Shunde New City, characterized by a sense of relaxation, belonging, and modern artistic atmosphere.
