DU Studio is collaborating with the renowned Foshan-based Yonglong Group to develop a multifunctional leisure and commercial complex that integrates shopping, leisure, entertainment, and culture.

The project is located at the junction of Daliang New City and Ronggui in Shunde, covering an area of 21,511 ㎡ with a total construction area of 194,199 ㎡, situated in a key and rapidly developing zone. The project includes various sectors such as a hotel, serviced apartments, and leisure-oriented commercial spaces. Surrounded by excellent natural environments, this project is a rare waterfront commercial complex. The southern side of the project connects directly to a park that extends from Shunde's new landmark "Golden Phoenix." The planning and design include a social public plaza, providing a large platform for local residents and tourists to gather and engage in activities.

The commercial section of the project spans approximately 40,000 ㎡, comprising a six-story mixed-use commercial building and a semi-open waterfront commercial street. A major design challenge is that the construction of the buildings is nearing completion, requiring the Xianghe design team to quickly integrate landscape elements and make optimization adjustments suited to the commercial positioning. The team aims to incorporate innovation and artistry into the interior design. By integrating cutting-edge design concepts with a diverse commercial layout and working closely with top-tier landscape and lighting design teams, the project aspires to create a unique energy field for living. Through design innovation and integration, the project will become a new green garden-style commercial model in Shunde New City, characterized by a sense of relaxation, belonging, and modern artistic atmosphere.
