GEMDALE TANGSHAN  

Tangshan Joy City is located in the middle section of Zhengtai Street, Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. It is a small community leisure and commercial center covering an area of more than 20,000 square meters. Based on the analysis of the main consumer groups, the commercial strategy emphasizes all-age consumption, diversified formats, and family-oriented orientation, with business categories divided into quality socializing, dining and leisure, and parent-child growth. The space is designed to create a convenient shopping scene for daily life, an open and active community space, a parent-child growth scene that encourages children's participation, and a friend gathering and leisure scene, forming an ideal community commercial center that is comfortable to live in, fun to live in, and easy to live in.

Our design scope mainly covers indoor and semi-outdoor spaces. The overall design concept of the commercial center is "Our Starry Sky," inspired by the interstellar journey in fairy tales. Combining the project's architectural style with the inspiration from the fairy tale "Our Starry Sky," we create a dreamy interstellar journey for customers. By incorporating interactive installation elements such as constellations, galaxies, spheres, and rings, Tangshan Joy City's Oopcity becomes a whimsical and interactive wonderland with a fantasy starry sky atmosphere for children and adults alike.
