RET provides creative big data-based commercial consulting services for real estate developers, so the design of the space has a relaxing feeling. In the reception area, some red metal plate elements from the Shenzhen office are continued. Their reception desk is not a traditional one, but a discussion bar. The display wall combines traditional marble walls with rough concrete floors to form a strong contrast. The ceiling uses sound-absorbing suspended lighting. In the open office area, the combination of sound-absorbing panels and lighting forms a unique space feature. Green half-height partitions separate the functional printing area and also serve as a resting area for staff to have lunch. The space is compact, composite, efficient, and reflects the corporate traits of RET.
