The client would like to have an industrial style office that is green, open with high technology facility.

Our concept is green box . One green belt is located at the core wall  cladded by concrete panels. The plant box can be easily replaced and maintained . It is the heart of this office as it is also a displaying and wayfinding  belt that lead client to all the collaboration space and departments. Another layer of plants are spread through the office around the core.

To make this real estate developer use this space flexibly , the training room with folded partition and breakout area are located next to the reception. It is designed for big event . Small orange transparent box are designed in the open working area for group meeting.
