Position 1: Architect/Interior Designer (1-2 positions)

 

Job Description:

Participate in assisting the team throughout the entire process from architectural/interior project conceptual design to on-site supervision.

 

Basic Requirements:

Applicants should have a strong passion for the design industry, as becoming a skilled designer requires a resilient spirit, steadfast dreams, and persistence.

 

Educational Background:

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with an English level of at least Level 4. Graduated from a prominent domestic university with a bachelor's degree or higher in interior design or architecture-related majors. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.

 

Work Experience:

Outstanding graduates with 1-3 years of experience for postgraduates, or 3-5 years of experience for bachelor's graduates.

 

Proficiency in Software:

2D: AutoCAD, Photoshop

3D: SketchUp/Rhino or 3ds Max/Grasshopper for parametric design

Presentation: PowerPoint, InDesign

 

Salary: Basic salary of 8000-15000 RMB. Negotiable based on circumstances.

Position 2: Brand PR Manager

 

Job Description:

1. Responsible for promoting the company's brand image.

2. Liaise with various design media and award submissions.

3. Write short promotional articles for projects.

4. Plan and create content for new media operations.

 

Basic Requirements:

1. Attractive appearance and good demeanor.

2. Over 3 years of work experience, with experience in new media operations.

3. English proficiency of Level 6 or above, excellent Chinese writing and communication skills.

 

Educational Background:

Graduated from a prestigious university with a bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Chinese language and literature. Experience with architecture/interior design companies is preferred.

 

Proficiency in Software: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, basic video editing software.

 

Salary: Negotiable, 10000-15000 RMB.

 

Work Experience: 3-5 years of PR experience, especially in new media operations.
